Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and interactive sessions to encourage personal development and growth among students. Customise sessions to meet the specific needs of diverse student groups, covering topics such as online safety, sexual violence, sexual harassment, Prevent, and British Values. Contribute to enrichment activities that enhance the overall student experience. Lead themed weeks to add value to planned sessions throughout the academic year. Implement a student-centered program focusing on softer outcomes and the holistic development of students to facilitate positive progression. Maximise work readiness and employability through targeted initiatives. About You Requirements: Proven experience in managing groups of students and engaging with them in an educational setting. Background in delivering support and direct input to student groups, including health, wellbeing, study skills, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, and employability skills. Strong record-keeping skills, proficiency in data inputting, and the ability to provide timely reports.
