The position involves delivering IV infusions, home parenteral nutrition treatments, intramuscular and subcutaneous injections, training patients, and providing first‑class nursing support.
Job Responsibilities
* Visit patients in their own homes, at work or school to deliver medical treatments.
* Provide 1‑to‑2‑1 care with clinical excellence.
* Train patients to self‑administer medication.
* Manage workload effectively and travel extensively between patients.
* Maintain IT skills for documentation and communication.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC PIN.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Experience in homecare, IV therapy or similar clinical settings.
Desired:
* Experience with home parenteral nutrition or complex treatments.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
