Join us as a Maintenance Hub Agent based in our Customer Support Centre in Walsall. You will provide exceptional service, handle maintenance requests according to SLA, take ownership of urgent issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Work Schedule
Weekend shifts are 1 in 3, from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

Responsibilities
* Handle maintenance calls professionally.
* Manage urgent issues from start to finish, keeping stakeholders informed.
* Follow up on quotes impacting safety or operations.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and engineers.
Skills & Knowledge
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word.
* Experience in helpdesk or contact centre environment.
* Strong planning and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
