Due to continued growth they are looking to expand their team and are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Gloucester Key Responsibilities * Complete monthly applications for payment and in a timely manner. * Monitor project costings, track expenditures and prepare cost reports in line with valuation processes. * Provide early quotations to clients for variations, ensuring that only those that are commercially agreed are completed by the production team. * Manage client accounts ensuring that any payment shortfalls are highlighted and dealt with in a timely manner. * Compile monthly forecasts with the production team, to ensure the successful commercial performance of a project.
