* Experience or interest in partnering with clients to solve business problems, particularly across marketing effectiveness, pricing, growth strategy, or forecasting
* Ability to connect analytics to real-world business impact, identifying key insights and opportunities that drive decision-making
* A consultative mindset—curious, proactive, and comfortable asking questions to uncover underlying business needs
