Corporate Solicitor - Worcester
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Corporate Solicitor with NQ-3 PQE to join this regional firm in Worcester. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
* Advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings
* Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements
* Providing support on corporate finance transactions
* Conducting legal research and analysis
* Assisting with business development activities and client relationship management
Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor with 0-3 years of post-qualification experience
* Strong academic background and excellent technical skills
* Experience in corporate law and transactions
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards professional development
Day-to-Day
* Engaging in direct client interaction and providing high-quality legal advice
* Collaborating with colleagues to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients
* Managing a varied workload
* Continuing professional development through internal and external training opportunities
