* Key Responsibilities

o Handle acquisitions and disposals of land and property (freehold and leasehold).
o Draft and review leases, contracts, and other property-related documents.
o Provide legal advice on property transactions and related agreements.
o Support internal teams with legal documentation and guidance.
o Attend meetings, including occasional out-of-hours sessions, and prepare related reports.
o Monitor legal developments and ensure compliance with new legislation.
o Supervise junior legal staff and contribute to team development.
o Represent the legal team in meetings when required.
