Salary package to be offered: from €85K/year
What your day will look like
1. Guide and inspire Enterprise Sales Teams to achieve our revenue goals. Support the Sales team in all phases of the opportunity lifecycle and be an active part of the deal crafting process.
2. Guide Sales to understand the business value of the platform. Design and develop reusable client business use cases.
3. Conduct customer meetings and workshops at national and international levels to structure the full sales process (from discovery to contract) together with the Account Executive.
4. Have discovery conversations and detect new business opportunities (calls, meetings, etc.) with prospects and customers.
5. Assess and respond to RFIs/RFPs from a strategic point of view. Design & execute the best strategy, in collaboration with the Account Executive, to build a compelling value proposition for the client.
6. Be a creative active part in the deal-making process.
7. Ensure a smooth transition to the Services team. Provide structured feedback to the Product and Development teams.

* Deep industry knowledge, technical expertise, and exceptional communication skills, including active listening and asking the right questions.
* Ability to work in a cross-departmental, international team environment.
* Proven track record of a consultative approach with clients.
* Ability to create value propositions based on a platform approach.
* Results-driven.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, courage, risk-taking, driving change, and innovation.
* Fluency in the local language and English.
* Ability to collaborate digitally, create data models, and apply statistics.
