Nigel Frank is hiring on behalf of a Microsoft Gold Partner, a security consultancy that is looking to expand their SOC team.
In this role, you will provide security event monitoring and incident response for their customer base.
Our client is a Microsoft Gold Partner, so they invest heavily in your growth and development, including multiple Microsoft certifications!
Please note: this is a fully remote position operating on a 24/7 shift pattern.
* Respond to incidents for customers/clients
* Perform triage and trigger escalation/assignment as appropriate
* Investigate event alerts and collaborate with customers on resolutions
* Work on a 24/7 shift rota, doing 8-hour shifts (35 hours a week, 7 days on, 4 days off)
Requirements:
* Experience with the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre
* Experience with the Microsoft Intune Admin Centre
* Experience with email phishing investigations
This is a fully remote role, offering a salary of £35,000.
