Head of Projects & Design – Power / Infrastructure / Energy | £70,000–£100,000 Car Bonus Hybrid Working Are you an experienced Project Leader or Strategic Operations Manager used to delivering complex engineering projects and ready to shape how a business scales? This role sits at the intersection of project delivery, commercial performance, and technical oversight. You’ll lead a team of 10 (Project Managers, Design Engineers and Coordinators), and together, deliver £4-5 million worth of live projects at any one time. These include critical power systems, modular installations, and energy infrastructure, though your background could just as easily be in marine, utilities, or building services.
