The Role
Are you passionate about perfume, and love people? Do you want to be part of a supportive team, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Everyday our Team Leaders work hard to make sure their team and customers feel valued, confident and special. As a Team Leader, you play an integral role in supporting the Store Manager with the daily operational running of the store. You will lead by example, motivating and supporting a diverse team to deliver against key targets that drive the success of your store.
Contracted Hours: 15
Contract Type: Permanent
Pay Rate: £14.49 per hour
What You Will Do
* Passionate about coaching and mentoring staff, ensuring they are set up for success
* Motivate the team to achieve and exceed store and team targets – and there are fantastic incentives and prizes on offer to recognise success!
* Support the Store Manager with rosters, payroll budgets, prevention of stock loss, and store procedures
* In the absence of the Store Manager, step in, keeping everything running smoothly
* Being a key holder, ensure the store is opened and closed at the correct times
* Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring your team does the same

What You Will Get
* Regular hours and a rota at least 4 weeks in advance
