They’ve delivered hundreds of projects over the past 15+ years, working with some of the most recognised care providers in the UK.

The Role
This is a QS / Estimating position, sitting between pre-construction and delivery.
You’ll be involved in:
* Preparing cost plans and estimates for care home developments
* Reviewing contractor pricing and tender returns
* Providing cost advice from early feasibility through to delivery
* Supporting procurement and contractor engagement
* Working closely with developers, operators, and project teams
* Bringing practical buildability insight into cost decisions
* This isn’t just measurement and reporting; it’s about influencing outcomes.

About You
You’ll likely come from a main contractor or developer background and be looking to step into (or continue within) a consultancy environment.
Key experience:
* Quantity Surveying or Estimating background
* Strong understanding of build costs, procurement, and delivery
* Comfortable working across both pre-con and live projects
* Commercially aware with a practical, solutions-led mindset
