Production Operatives Needed! What you'll do: Assemble raw materials for prepping, mixing, measuring, and packing of finished products. Manage automated methods and temperatures to ensure efficient manufacturing processes. Communicate and coordinate with the production team to meet production schedules. Participate in regular shift-related meetings to provide critical information. What you'll need: Basic Maths and English skills. Desire to learn and undergo on-the-job training. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team. Good communication skills and a flexible attitude. Attention to detail and accuracy. Physical fitness to lift and move weights up to 25kgs.
