Key Responsibilities
As Head of Debt Assist, you will:
* Execute the Debt Assist Business Plan to meet performance, profit, and growth targets.
* Lead a high-performing team, fostering development and a culture of continuous improvement.
* Drive transformation and service efficiencies across a client Debt Assist offering.
* Ensure operational excellence and compliance with all governance, policy, and risk frameworks.
* Partner with Sales, Client Managers, and Customer Services to align delivery with pipeline and forecasted growth.
* Oversee seamless client onboarding and effective third-party supplier management.
* Champion internal communications, employee engagement, and brand presence.
What We’re Looking For
* Degree-educated (or equivalent experience), ideally with a relevant professional qualification.
* Extensive experience in service delivery, ideally within a commercial or outsourced environment.
* Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and deliver measurable improvements in performance.
* Sector-specific expertise in debt recovery or related services.
* Strong financial acumen with experience in budget and margin management.
* A collaborative leader with excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Metrics for Success
* Achievement of annual profit, cash, and gross margin targets.
* Successful delivery of transformation goals and operational improvements.
* Increased employee engagement and improved internal communication.
* Enhanced client experience through efficient service and support models.
Key Relationships
* Internal: Tower Director, Business Group Directors, Client Managers, Service Delivery Teams.
* External: Clients, Suppliers, Third-Party Stakeholders.
