Salary: SCP4; A GBP 24,404 - GBP 25,183 per annum (FTE), GBP 13,615 - GBP 14,300 per annum (Pro Rata)
Hours: 24 hours per week, Term Time + 1 week

The Role
1. Develop and utilize knowledge and skills in areas such as literacy, numeracy, or science to contribute to student learning.
2. Monitor, evaluate, and record students' progress and report as directed.
3. Use information and communication technology to support student learning.
4. Work with small groups or individual students to facilitate learning.
5. Support teachers by accompanying students on off-site activities.
6. Participate in curriculum and classroom planning discussions, both informally and at meetings.
7. Collaborate with a team to ensure the wellbeing, behaviour, and personal development of students enhance their learning opportunities and life skills.
8. Assist in the educational and social development of all students.
9. Have full knowledge of students' medical and physical needs and refer to relevant professionals if issues arise.
10. Help students develop resilience and independence within the classroom.
