Aspiring Psychologist - Mental Health Support A great opportunity has recently become available for a Mental Health Support assistant in a lovely Specialist school in Maidenhead. If you are interested in working with children who have struggles with their mental health then this is the perfect opportunity for you! The position is to start in January 2026. This lovely inclusive school are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to come in with a positive attitude and uplift their students. Ideally the Mental Health Support Assistant will be a graduate with a degree in psychology, criminology or sociology. Those with a background in sport, art or music are also encouraged to apply! Your role as a Mental Health Support assistant will be to provide support to students who are having a difficult time with processing and regulating their emotions. Some of these students will have some behavioural needs. Because they struggle to regulate their emotions, they may have trouble with their behaviour.
