Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, including House, flat and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Responsibilities
* Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
* Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely manner and to the required standards.
* Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
* Assist with additional tasks as needed, such as cooking or preparing refreshments for guests in hotel settings.
* Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.
Experience
* Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is preferred but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments is highly valued.
