This is a field‑based role covering Northern Scotland, where you'll be out on the road each day, delivering expert repairs and peace of mind in customers' homes and workplaces.
The Role
As a Furniture Repair Technician, you'll assess, diagnose and repair a wide range of furniture, aiming for first‑visit resolutions and consistently high standards. You'll work independently but remain closely connected to a supportive team that values your expertise, ideas and feedback.
What You'll Do
* Visit customers to assess and repair upholstery, leather, wood and furniture items
* Deliver high‑quality, professional repairs with a customer‑first approach
* Complete accurate documentation and return information promptly
* Work towards first‑visit resolution and quality targets
* Promote care kits where appropriate
* Maintain your vehicle, tools and presentation to a high standard
* Share feedback and ideas to support continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
* Aged 18+ with a full UK driving licence (up to 6 points accepted)
* Hands‑on repair experience, ideally with furniture, wood or leather
* Confidence working in customers' homes and representing the business professionally
* A strong customer‑service mindset
