Overview: We are looking to hire a driven, proactive, and high-performing Account Manager to work with our market-leading Learner Management System for independent training providers. Please note this is a remote working position with occasional travel to client sites. Responsibilities: Create strong relationships with prospects to understand their pains and help them to understand the suitability of our solution Provide rich software demonstrations Helping prospects navigate their decision-making process towards a successful sale Responsible for forecasting accuracy. Qualifications: Experience & Knowledge of the operations of independent training providers and/or apprenticeships Experience of presenting information to & engaging with key stakeholders Ability to analyse problems and provide creative solutions. Preferable to have an understanding of LMS or similar solutions Ability to build strong relationships with customers Driven to reach sales target
