Responsibilities:
* Selling and demonstrating the full range of products to achieve sales targets according to the Division’s plan
* Gaining knowledge of application, process, product and industry knowledge while building customer intimacy, especially with key end user accounts in the territory
* Developing relationships with key distributor sales and technical teams
* Managing and leading business activities and key programmes within nominated key end user accounts
* Updating ‘Salesforce’ daily with details of sales visits, events, and activities for all end user accounts
* Managing, progressing, and developing an opportunity pipeline and sales plan to exceed sales targets
* Leveraging all available resources to maximise sales impact within end user customers
* Training distributor internal & external salespeople
* Learning new skills related to the industry, collision repair processes, and product applications
* Attending and supporting industry events and exhibitions
Qualifications and Skills:
To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:

* Sales and industry experience preferred
* Proven customer skills and ability to build relationships
* Passion and determination to make a difference

* Excellent demonstration skills

* Business-related degree (preferable but not essential)
Job specifics:
* Field-based position covering Home Counties and London (geography depends on the candidate's home location)
