We are seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to provide high-quality financial insight and guidance to support strategic and commercial decision-making. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will ensure robust budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis that drive performance, value creation, and alignment with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes aligned with strategic objectives.
* Provide independent financial insight to support performance reviews, commercial decisions, and strategic initiatives.
* Develop a deep understanding of business activities, customer segments, products, and financial outcomes.
* Review and support business cases for investments and growth initiatives with robust financial evaluation.
* Oversee financial management of projects, including spend, cash forecasting, and benefits realisation.
* Challenge and influence business plans and forecasts to maintain commercial rigour.
* Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering accountability and collaboration.
Skills & Experience
* Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
* Significant experience in business-facing finance roles with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance reporting.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Ability to translate strategy into actionable financial insight.
* Advanced Excel skills and strong presentation capabilities.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
