Aircraft Mechanical FitterLocation: Shawbury (Onsite Requirement) Contract Type: 6-month contract (likely to be extended) Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (40 hours per week) Pay Rate: £21.05 per hour (PAYE) / £28.16 per hour (Umbrella) IR35 Status: Off-payroll working rules (IR35) applyAbout the RoleOur Client is seeking Aircraft Mechanical Fitters to join their team supporting the UK Military Flying Training System (Rotary Wing) at Shawbury. This is a non-certifying role focused on assisting with aircraft movement, line and base maintenance of the H135/H145 fleet.You will work to high standards to ensure the continued safe operation of aircraft, performing maintenance inspections and repairs as directed by supervisors.
