Title: Senior Lounge Supervisor
Location: Antrim - Belfast International Airport Causeway Lounge
Quantity of Posts Available: 1
Salary: £14.50 per hour
Working Pattern
40 hours per week, 5 of 7 days, 04:00-20:30

Responsibilities
* Plan, manage, deliver and present the food, beverages, and desk reception duties as per specification.
* Manage, guide and coach the assigned staff to ensure an efficient operation of the lounge.
* Interact with customers by explaining the food and beverages on offer.
* Supervise a team of service, cleaning and kitchen staff as well as other resources.
* Supervise site compliance across Health and Safety and Food Safety operations.
* Continually bring added value to the contract through innovation and pro‑activeness.
* Provide solutions to operational airport challenges.
* Ensure all client and 3rd party paperwork is completed accurately, on time and reconciled to allow for accurate billing.
* Work towards achieving financial and non‑financial targets.
Qualifications & Experience
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Experience in managing a team.
* Previous experience working in a hospitality, travel, or reception supervisor role.
* Ability to prioritise with an eye for detail.
* Good communication skills – written and verbal.
* Strong teamwork capabilities.
* Ability to follow instruction.
