Marketing Account Manager

The Opportunity
My client, a growing creative marketing agency in Braintree, is looking for a proactive Marketing Account Manager to manage client relationships and deliver strategic marketing campaigns across multiple sectors. This role combines account management, project coordination, and campaign oversight, giving you the chance to work across exciting industries including retail, healthcare, technology, and professional services.
You'll be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and exceed expectations. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from home while collaborating with a close-knit agency team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their marketing objectives.
2. Plan, oversee, and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, email, and offline activity.
3. Work with creative and media teams to ensure campaigns meet client briefs and deadlines.
