Base pay and benefits
Base pay: Competitive salary of £43,000.00 per year, plus van & fuel card or vehicle allowance and excellent benefits – all on a hybrid basis.
Locations: Working offices in Sedgefield, Leeds and Hull. The contract covers a large area in the Northeast and other areas such as North & East Yorkshire (Hull). You may be required to work further afield; all travel beyond the office base will be considered part of working hours.

Your role
* Lead in partnership with the Contracts Manager, Site Supervisors, Trade Operatives and Subcontractors on all aspects of delivery, including implementation and signoff of all operational projects.
* Cover contracts for Responsive Repairs, Voids, Damp & Mould, Adaptations and Disrepair.
* Oversee all Health & Safety elements, including site set up and support.
* Estimate and ensure accurate input of construction plans and master programmes.
* Align labour resources and materials to the planned immediate needs of projects.
* Assist Leadership and Regional Operational Teams in managing site staff; serve as key point of contact with regional teams, clients and finance for project budgets.
* Ensure project compliance from estimating to delivery; develop, monitor and update the construction phase plan and requirements.
* Maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders. The list is not exhaustive; duties may be performed as business needs require.
What we need from you
* Appropriate building/technical qualification, GCSE or equivalent standard in Maths and English.
* Valid site-based qualification (IOSH or equivalent).
* Proven experience of managing social housing sites/contracts.
* Experience in project delivery, including measurement and specification of works and post-inspections.
* Experience using IT systems, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
* Current driving licence.
