Inbound leads from marketing campaigns, an app, even things like sending out creative mailers (one £400 campaign landed 25 meetings). A dinosaur video won them a major client.
Who fits here?
You've probably got 2–5 years in IT recruitment, so you understand process, structure, and how to run a desk properly.
But...
You've also realised that some of that world is a bit... robotic.
And you're ready to do it differently.
You're:
* Comfortable doing BD, but not a "smile and dial" machine
* Able to win business - not just inherit and maintain it
* Someone clients trust to just get on with it (even remotely)
* Normal. Low ego. No drama.
