An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of CRM to join a leading organisation, taking a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the company’s CRM strategy. This is a hands-on leadership position that blends technical expertise with strategic vision and strong stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and evolve the CRM strategy to align with business goals.
* Lead design, development, and integrations across the Zoho suite (CRM, Creator, Analytics, Flow, Desk, Campaigns, etc.).
* Manage and mentor a skilled CRM development and support team.
* Drive continuous improvement in workflows, automation, and data quality.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.
* Oversee CRM governance, documentation, and best practices.
* Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and compliance with security standards.
Skills & Experience
* 5+ years’ hands-on experience with Zoho CRM (advanced configuration, automation, and customisation).
* Strong knowledge of the wider Zoho ecosystem and API integrations.
* Proven experience leading CRM or technical teams.
* Skilled in Deluge scripting and custom app development.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Analytical, detail-oriented, and familiar with agile methodologies
