* Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
* Proficient in utilizing therapy technologies and tools
Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
* Develop tailored therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
* Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing both in-person and teletherapy methods
* Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
* Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress
* Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
