Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and set up press machines to cut metal to specified dimensions.
* Ensure machines run efficiently and safely.
* Monitor the quality of materials and finished products, ensuring they meet company standards.
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery as required.
* Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience as a press operator, ideally with metalworking experience.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
* Flexibility to work on a rotating shift pattern.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Shift Pattern & Pay:
Rotating shifts: 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00, Monday to Friday
Pay: £14.36 per hour
