AKW GL is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their team at Trafford Park. The role involves providing a professional, customer-focused service to meet customer needs and deliver a world-class service across the company.
Job Details:
* Monday - Friday
* 42.5 hours per week
* £30,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
* Utilise CRM systems to record interactions and track complaint resolutions, including complex issues.
* Adhere to customer service standards, policies, and procedures; handle queries promptly and effectively.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and customers.
* Follow all HR, GDPR, and health & safety policies.
* Manage booking of deliveries and follow up on timed deliveries.
* Provide quotes to customers and update data accurately in Stirling.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Preferably experience in transport and warehousing.
* Knowledge of CRM systems such as Sage, Stirling, and Contrado.
* Understanding of product and pricing schedules.
* Effective customer query handling and relationship building skills.
* Experience in customer account management and software management systems.
