KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping, assessment, and reskilling services with training to companies. We are actively seeking candidates to join a leading company in adult health and social care assessment and tutoring. We provide professional training solutions and qualifications, focusing on the health and social care, childcare and education, business, and accountancy sectors. Location: Primarily remote working with occasional travel required within Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, and London. Functions Responsibility for an agreed caseload of learners across the work area. Planning own diary and visiting learners within their place of work. Providing one-to-one and group support, teaching classes, and conducting online tuition sessions. Identifying learner's strengths and weaknesses, and supporting progress. Maintaining up-to-date Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and attending delivery meetings. Collaborating with the Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) to implement actions. Promoting equal opportunities and addressing issues raised during training effectively. Requirements Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, or up to Level 5. Desirable to have an IQA qualification, but not essential. Recognized adult teaching qualification (Certificate in Level 3 Education in Training or equivalent). Recognized assessor qualification (CAVA or equivalent). Good organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of ongoing developments within the occupational area. Ability to provide constructive feedback and review assessment plans. Commitment to providing high-quality training to national standards. Flexibility to travel as necessary to learners' places of work.
