We’re seeking a Property Lawyer to provide high quality legal advice and representation on property related matters and other legal matters to all internal clients within Clarion.
You will undertake freehold and leasehold (residential) conveyancing transactions, including but not limited to, the drafting of property related transactional documents.
To apply you must be a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX Conveyancing Practitioner and/or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our office in County Gate Maidstone, you will be required to work from the office at least one day per week but this will be agreed with the Line Manager.
