Kuehne+Nagel is looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager in the East Midlands Gateway!
As Warehouse Operations Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced warehouse, ensuring safety, efficiency, and service excellence.
How you create impact
* Lead and motivate a high-performing warehouse team through clear direction and support
* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all operations
* Plan and allocate resources efficiently to meet daily operational targets
* Monitor KPIs and take proactive action to maintain performance and service levels
* Foster strong relationships with customers through reliable and responsive service
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and accuracy
* Maintain accurate inventory and transaction records for full traceability
* Collaborate with internal teams to align operations and improve workflow
What we would like you to bring
* Proven experience in 3pl operations
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Financial awareness and budget control experience
* Familiarity with WMS and operational systems (SAP preferred)
* Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities
