Strong commercial law firm in Bristol is looking to recruit a Real Estate Finance Of Counsel of 10 or more years’ PQE. This is a senior role offering significant client-facing responsibility and supervisory responsibilities within the team. Key responsibilities of this role include: • leading on complex, high-value transactions across our key sectors, acting as a trusted advisor to top-tier clients and driving strategic relationships; • having a lead role in managing key client accounts; • leading an on-going project to increase the efficiency of the REF practice for repeat transactions, deploying project management techniques and technology, working with a pre-existing unit based in Bristol; You will also support the Bristol-based Banking partner with the following: • recruiting • supervising associates • management of the Bristol-based Paralegal team; • contributing to the development of the practice as part of the UK Banking team. The role will have a high level of autonomy and is ideal for a senior lawyer looking to combine technical excellence with leadership. You will play a pivotal role in mentoring junior fee earners, shaping strategy, and supporting the growth of our Real Estate Finance offering. Ideally, applicants for this role will have: • strong technical ability; • strong leadership skills with experience of supervising and developing junior lawyers; • demonstrable ability to manage client relationships and drive business development initiatives.
