We are seeking to recruit Bank Support Worker with experience working in Supported Accommodation for young people aged 16-25 years to join Daffodils Care and Support Services. You'll be part of a team that empower care-experienced young to build independence, resilience and brighter futures.
We are recruiting for cover weekdays and weekends as per the rota schedule also night shifts.
Shifts hours:
8am - 10pm
10pm - 8am
Nights for £60
What you'll do
You'll deliver high-quality, trauma-informed support tailored to each young person's needs, helping them thrive in their journey towards independence. Your responsibilities will include:
* Promoting independence through daily living skills, budgeting and tenancy sustainment
* Co-producing support plans aligned with young people's goals and aspirations
* Supporting access to education, training, employment and community resources
* Maintaining accurate records and contributing to risk assessment and safeguarding plans
* Responding to crisis situation calmly and professionally, ensuring safety and wellbeing
* Upholding confidentiality, equality and regulatory compliance in all aspects of care
* Collaborating with multi-agency partners to achieve positive outcomes
