Ideal Candidate Profile * Proven Track Record: A history of consistently exceeding sales targets, demonstrating strong commercial acumen and deal-closing ability. * Leadership Excellence: Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams, with a focus on coaching and motivation. * Industry Knowledge: Background in the construction sector or related industries, with an understanding of market dynamics and customer challenges (preferred but not essential). * Strategic Thinking: Ability to devise and implement effective sales strategies in a competitive and evolving marketplace. * Resilience & Adaptability: A self-starter with the ability to pivot strategies as required, maintaining a results-driven focus. * Strong Communication: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
