This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Litigation solicitor to join a well-established and ambitious national team operating across multiple UK offices, including Manchester.
You’ll be stepping into a busy and growing department with a strong pipeline of work and clear plans for expansion. From day one, you’ll be trusted to manage a varied and predominantly commercial property litigation caseload, working closely with senior lawyers on larger, complex matters. Longer term, there’s real scope to shape your own practice, build your profile, and progress within a team that actively supports development and internal promotion.
This role would suit someone who enjoys responsibility, variety, and collaboration, and who wants to build a long-term career in property litigation within a supportive, inclusive environment.
Who we’re looking for
4. Property Litigation solicitor with solid experience in this area
5. Genuine interest in building a career in property litigation
6. Confident managing a busy caseload independently
7. Comfortable supervising and delegating to junior colleagues
8. Strong drafting, analytical, and commercial skills
9. Confident working directly with clients and intermediaries
10. Collaborative, proactive, and professionally ambitious
What you’ll be doing
11. Managing a mixed (predominantly commercial) property litigation caseload
12. Advising landlords, landowners, tenants, developers, lenders, investors, and public bodies
13. Supporting partners and legal directors on complex cases
14. Supervising junior colleagues and contributing to team development
15. Playing an active role in business development and profile-raising initiatives
16. Ensuring compliance, quality standards, and deadlines are met
Salary & Benefits
17. £47,100 – £72,450 depending on experience
