Job DescriptionLocation: Leighton Buzzard initially with a move to our new Milton Keynes officeYour role:
* Investigate and respond to complaints from vendor/purchaser clients impartially and empathetically, using legislation and Codes of Practice to form conclusions.
* Support branches with Estate Agency compliance queries via email and phone, escalating when necessary.
* Ensure a strong understanding of The Property Ombudsman Code of Practice and Estate Agency legislation.

Skills and Experience required of an Estate Agency Complaint Case Handler:
* Communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to demonstrate a confident telephone manner
* Organisation skills and attention to detail
* Driven and Self Motivated
* Strong relationship building and customer service skills
* Experience of Estate Agency work, desirable but not essential
