: Excellent starting salary at GBP 39,500pa
: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm working hours
: Full time and part time available (3, 4 or 5 days per week available)
: Birkenhead based when working on:site
: 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays + the ability to buy or sell 5 more days + pension

What does the Disability Assessor role involve?
The Functional Assessor role will involve you carrying out 3 client assessments per day. A typical day will see you carry out telephone, video or face:to:face assessments to understand how a persons disability or health condition affects their daily life. You ll listen to their experiences, ask questions and use your insights to produce a factual report to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine their eligibility for benefits. Thats the good news; the DWP make the final decision, you dont. Your role is to gather information and produce the report.

What we look for;
An NMC registered nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) or HCPC qualified Physiotherapist, Paramedic or Occupational Therapist with 1 year s or more broad post:registration experience
Someone who s proactive and keen to learn
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Competent IT and computer skills
Comfortable working with a diverse range of conditions, including mental health
