This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing specialist lender at a pivotal stage in their journey. The business is small but ambitious - and as they expand, they're looking for a Bridging Loan Case Manager / Underwriter who wants to grow with them.
You'll be joining a close-knit team of 5-6 in a professional yet relaxed office environment, where you'll work directly with the Sales Director and CEO. It's a great time to join, make your mark, and progress as the company continues to scale.
What you'll be doing:
Managing a portfolio of around 10-12 bridging loan cases per month
Reviewing applications and preparing offers for final sign-off
Liaising with finance brokers, solicitors, and internal teams to gather information and ensure smooth progression of each file
Identifying missing information and keeping everything organised and compliant
Using your judgement and attention to detail to build strong, well-structured cases
What we're looking for:
Experience in bridging loans or mortgages (case management, underwriting or processing)
A natural organiser with strong attention to detail
Someone who takes ownership and enjoys autonomy - no micromanagement here
Professional, personable, and able to work well within a small, collaborative team
