Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
* Drive financial performance through effective P&L management, cost control, and revenue growth.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager in high-end, high-volume venues (preferably in Mayfair or Marylebone).
