Job Description A vacancy now exists for an outstanding Strategic Account Manager based within our highly skilled and high performing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Team, covering Leeds and the surrounding areas. In this role you will report to our Regional Customer Relationship Manager. As a Strategic Account Manager your primary responsibility will be to retain and develop the value and profitability of a designated portfolio of customers through close, proactive account management and applications of the partnering process. Key responsibilities of this role include: To develop, for each customer, clear objectives to achieve your portfolio revenue and contribution target. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date information on all aspects of the customer’s business within Salesforce. · To manage the successful handover of new accounts from Sales Executives (Criteria below): Identify all additional revenue / profit opportunities within your portfolio. Customer meetings carried out in line with call matrix. Each meeting having an agenda and outcome recorded within Salesforce Be responsive to customer’s operational, commercial needs and challenges. Achieve planned levels of revenue/contribution improvement through timely rate renewals. Provide information and analysis on your portfolio to support tactical operational resource planning. Develop multi-functional and multi-level business relationships within the customer’s organisations Achieve overall customer retention levels rates above 96% Maintain up to date committed and prospect pipeline within Salesforce. Utilise the company business intelligence tools to manage portfolios key measures in line with the commercial policy
