The Head of Social Care is responsible for the overall leadership, management and governance of all three registered social care services across Glencraig and our day opportunities. As the Responsible Person, the postholder provides strategic assurance regarding the safety, quality and compliance of our adult residential, childrens residential and adult day services. This senior leadership role is central to ensuring that Glencraig continues to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred support that meets regulatory standards, reflects best practice in learning disability provision, and contributes to the sustainability and long-term development of the organisation.
