We are seeking a talented and ambitious Property Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic disputes team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high quality property litigation matters in a leading West End law firm, with a clear pathway to a training contract after 12–18 months. I am also accepting candidates who have completed the SQE1.
The Role:
As part of the property litigation team, you will gain hands-on experience supporting solicitors and partners on a broad range of matters, including:
* Landlord and tenant disputes, possession claims, and service charge recovery.
* Lease extensions, enfranchisement, and right-to-manage claims.
* Injunctions, disrepair claims, and boundary/neighbour disputes.
* Drafting legal documents, preparing trial bundles, and assisting with court/tribunal proceedings.
* Client liaison and case management.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC).
✅ Strong academic record (2:1 degree or above preferred).
✅ Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a paralegal within property litigation.
✅ Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
✅ Organised, detail-oriented, and commercially aware.
