A strong, hands-on leader who thrives under pressure and can tackle day-to-day operational challenges.
Skills in financial and budget management, with a keen eye on driving profitability.
A motivational manager who can develop and inspire a high-performing team.
Passion about the hospitality industry, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service in a guest-focused environment
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -
Lead and manage a proactive membership team across golf and leisure, currently serving 2,800+ members – and growing!
Drive innovation and implement creative strategies to enhance the guest and member experience.
Develop and execute long-term business plans with a focus on revenue growth, operational efficiency, and exceptional service.
Oversee financial performance, including budget management and revenue forecasting.
Collaborate with senior management to shape the future vision of the resort.
