Learning Support Assistant (Year 3) Location: Hayes, Middlesex Position: Full-Time (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM) Salary: 450 - 500 per week Start Date: ASAPWe are seeking a dedicated Year 3 Learning Support Assistant to join a vibrant and welcoming primary school in Hayes. Key Responsibilities:Provide tailored support to the child, enhancing their learning and social skills. Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Foster a positive and nurturing environment to support the child's development. Monitor and record progress, communicating regularly with parents and staff. Requirements:Prior experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly autism and global delay. (MANDATORY)A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting children. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
