Key Responsibilities for a Project Coordinator Develop and maintain comprehensive project profiles. Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring consistent and clear daily communication with all relevant stakeholders. Provide crucial support with tender opportunities, including verifying pricing receipt with main contractors. Proactively build and nurture strong relationships with main contractors and partners to enhance overall project conversion rates. Conduct thorough analysis and deliver insightful monthly reports on key project success metrics. Efficiently manage and qualify inbound leads, while also providing support for outbound marketing campaign activities. Coordinate the lead qualification process and effectively manage project leads sourced from external databases. Occasional travel within the UK may be required.
