What You Will Do: * Deliver the role of Client CDM Advisor and Principal Designer Advisor on a variety of exciting projects, including demolition and new build housing schemes. * Work closely with clients, designers, and key project stakeholders, providing expert advice on design and construction safety to ensure full compliance with CDM 2015. * Engage with Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Engineers, Project Managers, Site Management teams, Design Managers, the HSE, and Health and Safety Managers to maintain the highest standards of collaboration and compliance. * Conduct regular design reviews to embed compliance and best practice throughout every stage of design, demolition, and construction. * Prepare and manage all required CDM documentation, including F10 submissions and Pre-Construction Information.
