Role Overview:
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 0900 - 1800
Location: Holborn, London - fully onsite
Contract: Full Time and Permanent
Role Summary:
The Clinic Administrator is an essential team member ensuring that the Clinic Management Team are suitably supported with regards to the smooth running of the organisation.
Role Duties:
* Assisting with prescriptions & physical SCRs, as well as post/mail duties
* Physical SCRs logged, checked/reviewed and actioned accordingly
* Ordering and management of FP10 files
* Assisting with practice logs
* Taking meeting minutes, and other duties as required
Qualification/Experience for Role:
* A good command of written and spoken English and Mathematics – GSCE standard (or equivalent) preferred
* Previous experience as an Administrator desired
* Previous experience within healthcare desired
* Extensive experience with minutes/note-taking, or equivalent, desired
* Extensive skills using MS-Office, such as Word and Excel desired
