Job Title: Caretaker
Pay: £17 per hour
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 06:00-14:00 / 10:00-18:00
Location: Ashton-Under-Lyne
Main Duties include:
* Setting priorities for maintenance and repairs
* Carrying out basic repairs
* Managing access to the premises and maintaining security
* Cleaning or supervising cleaning
* Planning site use and development
* Championing health and safety around the school, and supervising external contractors
* Managing site staff
Skills and Qualifications:
* Enhanced DBS clearance
* Knowledge of cleaning products
* Experience using drills
* Ability to lift and move items safely
